Story
I am Nadia Patricia Stefan. I am German citizen with roots in the vibrant metropolis of Colombia. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Bogotá. I relocated to Germany in the year 2001 to elevate my career.
My life is defined as a powerful journey of self-discovery, empowerment, courage and resilience. Arriving in Germany at the age of 22 with only my dreams and a suitcase, I was resolute in my mission to craft a new life from scratch. I embarked on a transformative new chapter that has led to significant achievements in my life. Four years later, I proudly earned my Master’s degree in Business Information Systems (Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatikerin), standing out as the only woman with a migration background in a fully German program.
Over the past 18 years, I have gained invaluable international experience in Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Coaching across 20 countries. I have thrived in diverse environments, tackling challenges from Shanghai to Scandinavia and South America. In leadership roles at top firms like Siemens, TÜV SÜD, Bayer, Grupo Banco Santander and DB Schenker, I have driven Cyber Security and Data Protection with the highest standards of compliance on a global scale.
I am passionate about connecting with individuals from different backgrounds to foster their growth and self-reflection. Fluent in five languages, I understand that language is more than communication. It’s a powerful gateway to the heart of every culture, a vital asset in my career.
